So, this last week was spring break around here (and I'm sure everywhere else too) and for some reason we all thought it would be a fabulous ideal to take a trip to the LA Zoo. Well, it wasn't the brightest of ideas and it was Easter weekend too (Good Friday to be exact), plus the zoo was having some special weekend bunny crafty thing going on. It was crazy. I have never seen the zoo with that many people there. When we left they were using the satellite parking lots because the main one was completely full. We still all had a fun time after the initial shock of so many people wore off and started wandering around the zoo. Lizzie didn't mind all the people there, all she cared about was the seeing all the animals (which there is not a whole lot of anymore because the zoo has even more construction going on now than last time we were there). Oh well, Lizzie's "boyfriend" Ethan was there, so she was preoccupied the whole day.
Yes, you see correctly... she has the end of Ethan's backpack buddy/toddler leash. Isn't she going to make the best girlfriend ever?! ;) Oh, and Lizzie just for the record the very first time you ever kissed boy was on this day (4-06-07) after we ate lunch at the zoo, and of course it was Ethan! Ben doesn't believe me at all. He has a hard time thinking that his little baby, who's not even two yet, is kissing boys already. It'll be alright Ben, just relax and take a deep breath. ;)
