Circus Vargus...

Auntie Heidi took us all to the circus the Friday after Lizzie's birthday. It was a very spur of the moment decision, but I've very glad all of us girls decided to go. My last circus experience was over 10 years ago in Seattle when we attended Barnum and Bailey's (sp?) at the Seattle Center and I remember it being a very strange experience. The circus we went to, Circus Vargus, was great for the girls. It was in our local mall parking lot, so as you can imagine it was not that big. There where no crazy circus animals, but there were horses, dogs and even a couple cats (yes, house cats) that preformed and did tricks. And there was a ton of other stuff like trampoline artists, a magician, fly trapeze performers, dirt bike stuntmen and of course a clown. I was impressed that it completely held both Abby and Lizzie attention for the whole 2 hours. It did help that Abby was more than a little preoccupied with consuming a whole bag of popcorn all by herself. Thanks Heidi, it was a lot of fun!
