9 Month Update...

I really can't believe she's almost a year old (she'll be that old the next time we see her pediatrician). It's crazy, I have a crawling, baby babbling, adventurous, very hungry, 9 month old little baby (who's, oh not so little). Abby had her well baby check-up on Wednesday and she's doing wonderful. Yay, no shots this time, just a finger prick. She's still extremely tall and chunky for her age, 28 1/2in. (97%) and 22 lbs 14oz (95%) but it's a steady growth so all is good. And for those who care, her head measured in at whopping 45cm. Abby's been keeping us busy that's for sure with all the crawling and standing. She even said her very first word already, and of course it was "dada". It's so not fair, both my girls first words where the same, I feel a little cheated, but I guess they both really like their daddy (I'm going with it's just easier to say... for my ego's sake). ;) Abby says "hi" now too, so hopefully mama will be sometime soon.
