The Big Bug Hunt...

Lizzie's latest obsession... bugs! It doesn't matter what kind (or if they're even still alive) just as long it was a bug at some point in its teeny, tiny life span. It's all she talks about lately... bug this, bug that, mommy found a ladybug, baby found a beetle, etc... it's quite cute actually. We have this awesome bike/walking trail right by our new house that's just full of all kinds of fun stuff. So it seems like every weekend we all go out and hunt for bugs, or as Ben likes to call it "saving the bugs from the bikes". We've found ladybugs, spiders, beetles - which I think are stink bugs, they're huge, ants, lizards (of course they don't end up in the jar), and all sorts of other things. Lizzie loves putting them in her little jar and then when we're all done we let them all go in front of our house. Most of them seem to make it out alive! ;)
